6. Data Retention
We retain account and service data while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, secure it, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You can request account deletion through account settings or contact us.
Account deletion permanently removes profile, authentication, conversations, project files and memory, MCP configuration, usage balance, and identifiable product analytics. Transaction records that must be retained for financial, tax, fraud, refund, or chargeback obligations are separated from the deleted profile and kept under an irreversible account hash. They no longer contain a direct profile link. Unused usage balance expires on deletion and is not automatically refunded.

Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
