Nothing in these Terms grants any right or license to use those third-party brand features. DeepSeek-V4.io accounts, API keys, balances, billing, purchases, support, and service terms are separate from DeepSeek's official services.

Your Rights: You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Generated Content: You own the content generated by the AI based on your inputs, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

Paid Usage Packs: API access and additional usage require a one-time token-pack purchase at the price displayed at checkout.

No Auto-Renewal: A purchase does not create a monthly or annual subscription. Current token packs do not renew automatically.

Refunds: Refund requests are evaluated under the policy shown at the time of purchase and applicable law. Used tokens and provider costs may affect eligibility. A displayed token balance is not automatically refundable.

Price Changes: We may change future token-pack prices. A change does not alter a purchase already completed at checkout.

You must not use the Service to:

• Generate harmful, illegal, or malicious content
• Violate the rights of others (including privacy rights)
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Spread misinformation or deceptive content
• Discriminate or promote hatred
• Exploit minors in any way
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models
• Misrepresent the Service as an official DeepSeek product

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies without prior notice.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Content Processing: Content you submit may be processed by our AI systems to provide the Service. We do not use your private conversations to train our models without your explicit consent.

AS IS Service: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

AI Limitations: AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purposes. You should review all AI outputs before using them.

No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of DeepSeek-V4.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Remaining usage balance expires and is not automatically refunded. We delete personal service data while retaining de-identified transaction records only where needed for financial, tax, fraud, refund, or chargeback obligations.

Disputes arising from these Terms are handled under applicable law and any mandatory consumer-protection rights. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent
